Media Provided by You: Headers, logos, area photos, and headshots should be in hi-resolution uploaded on the order form. All images should be in a horizontal (landscape) format and labeled for the section you would add them to. Unless you have permission, or purchase graphics, DO NOT download images or copy media from the internet. All graphics should be owned by you and you should have the rights to use them. We are not responsible for copyrighted material used on your site if that content was provided by you.

Media Provided by Us: We use paid, or free media and content provided by services we subscribe to. We DO NOT use content from unknown sources.

Resizing: We DO NOT resize graphics on media you provide. Graphics provided by you should be in the correct sizing as follows:
Header: Hi-Res 1600w x 650h pixels
Featured Areas: Hi-Res 440w x 300h pixels (We need 9 for Featured Area Widget)
Logo, or Headshot: Hi-Res 500w x 300h pixels

Video Headers: You can send us a link to a YouTube video you own and we can make it a video header on your home page. The video loops after about 30 seconds, so try to make it short. We also will create a generic one if you prefer, or a RE/MAX Video if you are a RE/MAX Agent, or Brokerage.

Agent or Broker Profiles: We do not update your bio, logos, or profile information. RE/MAX Profiles should be updated in your MAX/CENTER. kvCORE profiles can be updated on kvCORE. We can give instructions on where to edit this information.
Revisions: You will receive 3 revisions on your kvCORE site. Revisions are defined as slight changes to the web design and not a complete redesign of the original order. To submit a revision, create a list of changes to be made. Once the requested changes have been made, revision 1 is complete. The next list would be revision 2. If needed, the final 3rd revision list should be sent. Email all revision requests to: edward@ECWebStudios.com. Once revisions are completed, the order is finalized.

Delays: Delays will occur if the information we need is not provided in a timely manner. Graphics and content should be uploaded, or emailed to edward@ecwebstudios.com at the time of order to prevent delays.

Payment: We charge for the web customization at the time the order is made.

Domains: We do not update vanity domains. We can share how to get the request into kvCORE Vanity Domain Add-On to get your vanity domain up and running.

Brokerage Web Designs: Brokerage designs are unique in the fact that the design is automatically pushed to the agent sites. This is great way for brokerages to recruit agents with a site design that has more bells and whistles than a kvCORE website that is right out of the box.

Multi-Location Brokerages: Each Office will need a separate design. We will discount the fees Multi-Office locations. Just send and email to edward@ecwebstudios.com for a quote. Please include how many offices you need us to do.

Brokerages/Agent Designs: For any agent in your office, we will offer a discount on our services of $150 off our normal price. Agents should email us at edward@ecwebstudios.com to find out more.

Our Portfolios: Once the site is completed, you give us permission to use your website as part of our site portfolio.
Future kvCORE Platform Updates: kvCORE may have updates that could effect your site template in the future. We will rework anything effected for 30 days after the site revisions have been done. You are subject to a rework fee if the site is effected beyond the 30 days. Pricing is depends on the scope of the rework. To date, we have never had an update effect a site, but that does not mean it cannot happen.
